Refund & Return Policy

01No refund on software subscription or licence

All payments made for ERP software subscription, licence, customisation, implementation, setup, or activation are non-refundable. This covers:

• Yearly and monthly subscription fees
• One-time licence fees
• Module activation charges
• Setup, onboarding, or data migration fees

02Free demo and trial

We provide free demo sessions and trial access, where applicable, so that the customer can evaluate all features before purchasing the ERP.

03Refunds not applicable for

• Change of mind after purchase
• Wrong module selection by the customer
• Delays caused by lack of data or approval from the customer
• Improper use or misuse of the ERP
• Third-party hosting, hardware, or integration issues
• Custom development or feature requests
• Completed training sessions

04Exceptional cases

Refunds may be provided only in special situations:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Amount deducted but service not activated due to technical failure
• Any genuine billing error verified by our accounts team

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

05Cancellation of subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle. Access will remain available until the paid period ends.
