01 User access & account responsibilities
- Each user is provided a unique login ID and password.
- Users must keep their login credentials confidential.
- Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account.
- Sharing login information or accessing other accounts is strictly prohibited.
02 Authorised use only
- The ERP must be used only for official, academic, or organisational purposes.
- Any misuse of system features or attempts to disrupt operations is prohibited.
- Unauthorised access or hacking attempts may result in legal action.
03 Data entry and accuracy
- Users must ensure all entered data is accurate and up to date.
- Any incorrect data must be reported to the ERP Administrator.
- Intentional manipulation or tampering of data is a serious violation.
04 Data privacy & confidentiality
- All data stored in the ERP is confidential and protected.
- Users must not download, copy, or share data without authorisation.
- The institution is not responsible for breaches due to user negligence.
05 Security measures
- Users must access the ERP only from secure and malware-free devices.
- Suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
- Users must log out after completing their session.
06 Software updates & maintenance
- The provider may update or maintain the ERP periodically.
- Some modules may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
- The provider may modify or enhance the system without prior notice.
07 Support & troubleshooting
- Issues should be reported through official support channels.
- Response time depends on the severity of the issue.
- Users must not modify or attempt backend fixes on the system.
08 Restrictions
- Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the software is prohibited.
- Unauthorised third-party integration is not allowed.
- Using ERP data for illegal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading harmful scripts or malicious content is forbidden.
09 Liability limitations
- The provider is not responsible for losses due to incorrect data entry or misuse.
- The ERP is provided “as is” and may experience downtime during maintenance.
- Internet or network issues are the responsibility of the user.
10 Termination of access
- Access may be suspended for violating policies or security rules.
- Users leaving the organisation will have access removed.
11 Intellectual property
- All modules, code, and content belong to Vaishnavi Systems and Solutions.
- Users only receive access rights, not ownership.
12 Acceptance of terms
By accepting these Terms, you also accept to receive news, updates, offers and campaign-related SMS on the mobile number provided by you. By accessing and using the Platform, or verifying your contact number with us, you explicitly consent to receive such communications — by call, SMS, email or other digital and electronic means — from us or our authorised representatives regarding any new services or offerings, even if your contact number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018.
